Where to purchase your tokens
Tokens may be purchased from BATA’s office, BATA drivers, First Bank and Trust locations, Dakotaland Federal Credit Union locations, First National Bank of Volga (Brookings Branch), BankStar (Volga Branch), and Volga City Hall.
Advanced reservations must be scheduled during our listed dispatch hours, 7a.m - 6p.m.
Travel outside of Brookings County can be arranged by calling dispatch at 605-692-2222. All rides outside of Brookings county must be scheduled at least one business day in advance. Monday shuttle transportation to Sioux Falls must be scheduled no later than NOON on Friday.
All rides outside of Brookings county will be contingent on the demand for service on the date needed.
Passengers traveling out of Brookings County are required to call dispatch to confirm their trip on the date of travel.
